Newest update on Chance Bothe: The new filter was placed with some complications but it's done. He is sedated and resting. The doctors have mentioned facial surgery Monday.

Chance Bothe UPDATE: Chance ran a fever last night but is now down to 99. Last night they put the new ICP monitor in along with feeding tube. Neurology cleared him this morning to have the filters placed in his groin to prevent blood clots traveling to heart, lungs, brain. If he does well with this surgery neurology will consider allowing the leg surgery this afternoon...PRAY PRAY PRAY Prayer Gathering TODAY at ABVM at 6pm...Please everyone come!! Latest update from the Bothe family on Chance Ryan Bothe. Lots of procedures going on this afternoon to stabilize Chance, one in attempt to reduce swelling on the brain and a new monitor will have to be placed in to monitor pressures, also filters will be placed to reduce his risk of clots traveling to heart, lungs, or brain, and he now has a collapsed lung. He is still reacting when they lower his sedation and inflict a little pain, and he has gently squeezed a few hands. Extensive surgery for all the facial fractures and leg fracture will be placed on hold until the Neurosurgeon believes he can tolerate them"
